Project Officer

Requirements:

• Degree holder in a Civil Engineering / Business / Finance discipline with minimum 2-3 years experience in project coordination and / or financial analysis;
• Fully capable of following projects through from concept to execution;
• Customer-oriented with strong negotiation, presentation and communication and client management skills;
• PRC working experience is preferred;
• Self-motivated, a good team player with strong interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure;
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, English & Mandarin;
• Frequent travel to PRC is required.

Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Assist in prospecting for property development opportunities in PRC, recommending strategies, conducting market research, preparing financial analysis and feasibility studies, and executing subsequent acquisition decisions.

Requirements:

• Degree holder preferably in Real Estate related discipline with negotiation, presentation and financial analysis skills;
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in PRC property sector with understanding of PRC property market, regulations and operation;
• Exposure with reputable property developers is preferred;

Senior Manager – Finance (Station in Tianjin)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the local team to perform daily finance and accounting functions to ensure the smoothness of daily operations for Tianjin property projects;
• Responsible for providing strategic support and advice, particularly on financial analysis, planning, budget and cost control, cash flow, taxation and regulatory;
• Prepare plan, budget and monthly financial reports and analysis to local management and the Group;
• Monitor and manage financial activities such as taxation, cash flow, budgetary control, costs and expenditures control;
• Liaise with local government bodies and other external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Finance/ Accounting or related discipline;
• A member of ACCA/HKICPA or accounting body recognized by HKICPA;
• At least 8 years of hands-on project finance & accounting experience in property projects, with at least 3 years on the senior level. Solid working experience in PRC is a must;
• Familiar with PRC GAAP and PRC Taxation laws;
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin is essential;
• Reliable, self-motivated, hard-working and able to work under pressure;
• Station in Tianjin is required.

Senior Manager (Construction & Project Management - PRC)

Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Group Engineering Controller and providing a pro-active and consultative advisory service in planning and managing all property projects in PRC;
• Ensure project progress, cost control and quality standards are in compliance manner;
• Develop and provide necessary training to engineering staff;
• Planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to building and facilities construction projects as well as the development of project scope, contracting strategy, schedules, resources, budgets, quality plans and change controls management taking into account project approval timeline requirements;
• Managing budgets and outputs including performance management of engineering vendor.

Requirements:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Construction/ Civil Engineering/ Structural Engineering or relevant discipline;
• Membership of MHKIE/ Chartered Engineer or equivalent qualifications is preferred;
• At least 10 years experience in construction management and site supervision with minimum 5 years experience in PRC projects;
• Exposure in leading and reputable property developers or consultant firms is highly preferred;
• Be conversant in PRC property market and familiar with PRC building regulations and operation;
• Analytical thinking & creative problem solving skills to make a valuable contribution to the business;
• Good verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English, fluency in Mandarin is essential;
• Reliable, self-motivated, hard-working and able to work under pressure;
• Station in Shenzhen and frequent travel to PRC projects is required.
