Financial Accountant (Ref. FA-I)

Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end closing, annual budgeting and consolidation work;
• Prepare management report and perform analysis; and
• Support the ad hoc projects such as due diligence work.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Accountancy, preferably a full member of an international recognized accounting body; or over 10 years working experience in accounting with at least 3 years performing consolidation work, preferably with experience in PRC property related business;
• Experience in working with colleagues in PRC is preferred but not a pre-requisite;
• Lesser working experience but with audit experience in Big 4 would be considered;
• Accurate, well organized and able to work independently;
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
• Proficiency in Putonghua; and
• Willing to travel to PRC.
